OK, here we go, 2 posts in a single day. A record for me.

I managed to back into somebody with the car this morning as I was leaving Kroger. What an idiot I can be at times. Luckily no one was hurt, and there was minimal damage. I told the person I hit to get an estimate, if it is $500 or so, I would simply mail a check.

I don't need my insurance going up.

Thanks for the following people who came today, and all the hard work that went into making today spectacular:

Geta & Jason
Jim Pepe, Mandee Creech & Trinity
Tyler & Caroline Andrews, Ewan & Wyatt
Emily Steiner
Tiffany White
Paul & Stacy Fish, Carson, Chase & Blake
Mom (Dianne Lukawitz)
Erin (Tylers co-worker)
Louisa (Geta's friend)
Liz & Todd

We called the day, "Family Thanksgiving" and what an appropriate title that was. Friends came together and formed family, and shared together in the millions of things we have to be thankful for.

Have a great evening, and be safe on Black Friday.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Wow! This year has truly flown by. As Americans we are given one day a year to stop, reflect and be thankful. As Christians we are called to give thanks every minute of everyday for not only the good, but also the bad. What a concept, being thankful for the bad things in life. I can certainly look back at things that I thought were bad in my life, and can see where the end result was much better than that current circumstance.

Well, I have 18+ people coming, and I don't think that includes the kids. Lots of food to get ready.

Take a moment for yourself and reflect back on the many things you really do have to be thankful for in life.

Take care.
